JCL Plastic Enterprises (JCL) are plastic recyclers situated in Boksburg, which is 20km East of Johannesburg, South Africa.

JCL was established in 1995 with the aim of providing quality recycled High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) and Rigid Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC-U) to plastic companies in the Gauteng province of South Africa. Since then, JCL has advanced and now supplies many different plastic materials to companies throughout South Africa, South East Asia and Europe. We then supply it back to the plastics industry, as a result reducing environmental damage and providing a cheap alternative to virgin plastic materials. JCL Plastic Enterprises sells a wide variety of recycled plastic material, from PVC through to EVA. JCL Provides recycling solutions to companies wanting to dispose of plastic waste. These activities range from plastic scrap trading on the one end to the production and selling of finished products manufactured from recycled plastic on the other. Providing the South African market with waste materials for recycling. Providing (mainly) unprocessed scrap to the European and Far East markets. JCL’s vision is to become the leading plastic waste solutions company in South Africa. Our mission is to find a way to recycle all plastic waste and in so doing provide a one stop shop for companies wanting to recycle their plastic. JCL Plastic Enterprises is both a buyer and supplier of recycled plastic material.
