Coastland Sales distributes many leading brands and represents both local and over-seas principles. We have converting facilities to produce abrasive belts, abrasive discs, tape slitting and converting. Our major market focus is Automotive components, steel fabrication, composite, wood and furniture and glass and aluminium. Converting facilities for abrasives and tapes support our companies drive to meet the ever changing demands from the industry. This family business originated from home but soon moved to premises in Sutton Road, Sidwell to accommodate warehousing and administrative facilities. We currently have close to thirty-five employees throughout the country. Interacting with our numerous local and overseas suppliers is another one of my roles. Our large and busy family takes care of a lot of my free time. Other interests are home improvements and renovations and we always have some project on the go. New product sourcing, marketing and supplier negotiations all make up my role within the company. A key area of focus in this role involves the building & developing of our brands, products and markets, and ensuring that they are in line with our company goals & growth plan. My interests outside of work include golf, mountain biking, running and reading. To achieve sales targets that are set in order for the business to grow. Through our indusrty and product knowledge we have managed to secure some superior product brands ensuring we meet and exceed our customers expectations. Part of my duties include branch administration and telesales. To showcase the latest an most innovative products in the industry and to be a solutions provider. My responsibilities lie in New Business Development and in maintaining Key accounts, as well as to assist with Technical aspects of the products with customers. Our family is sport mad and when we are not on the side of a Sporting Field we can be found in the bush enjoying nature and camping! My passion in life is photography, especially people in spontaneous situations and wildlife.
