CBC Boksburg is a leading Catholic Independent school for boys from Year 000 to Year 12 (Matric) with weekly Boarding facilities for senior boys in Years 8 to 12. Our mission is to educate the whole person, to nurture each individual's talent and to produce competent, honest and enthusiastic young men equipped to take on the challenges of life and become leaders in society. The Sports programme covers all the mainstream sports. The College has a consistent pass rate of 100% annually with 90% achieving BD exemptions. CBC is a member of ISASA and Year 12 boys write the IEB Matriculation examination. CBC Sport Sport at CBC Boksburg plays a very large part in the holistic education of the boys in our care. A healthy mind in a healthy body and a balanced lifestyle is what we strive towards. The overall running of the sport at CBC is the responsibility of the Sport Office Staff. This department consists of a Sport Director and seven full time sport organizers in charge of the various sports. Many teachers are also very involved in the coaching and day to day administration of sport at our school. At the end of each festival pupils who have excelled are recognized by being selected for a SA CBC Team. In an effort to maintain the high standards of excellence and to improve our sport, CBC Boksburg employ additional coaches in the various sport codes. These coaches, with the very involved CBC staff, give the boys in our school every opportunity for participation and enjoyment from a social standard up to and including provincial representation. We have also set up facilities to get the maximum benefit for our boys.
