Alumina Ceramic is a special Aluminium-oxide ceramic developed specifically for use as a wear resistant surfacing material. Almost any surface subjected to sliding abrasive action can be protected with Alumina Ceramic, centrifuge conveyors, cyclones, vibrating feeder pans, hoppers, bins, it is being used to protect the metal surfaces of chutes, for example, elbows and other equipment which is subject to severe abrasion. It is harder than any naturally occurring substance, except diamonds.
